Community Events Schedule

Niroga Institute hosts events through the year to bring Yoga to the general public. Events include clinics for certain conditions, all-day Yoga immersions, Yoga retreats, and outreach programs with the community. Out of respect for people with environmental illness and related health conditions, please do not wear any fragranced products at the Niroga Yoga Studio.

Types of Events
Clinics - 8 week long classes that focus on a particular chronic condition. For example, we often run a special clinic for back pain. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
Immersions - day long immersion classes that explore Yoga practice and philisophy. Classes are typically held on a Saturday or Sunday. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
Retreats - weekend long events that explore many different aspects of Yoga. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
Community Outreach Program - public events that bring yoga to the community. No prior Yoga experience is necessary.
