The Yoga of Action
A Day-Long Immersion with B.K. Bose
* All Levels Welcome *
This day-long immersion will explore the application of Karma Yoga (the Yoga of Action) in our daily lives, moment by moment. We will have two extended Yoga classes (Yoga, breathwork, and meditation) bracketing the day, with time for introspection over a light lunch that will be provided, followed by a silent walk in the park, a topical group discussion on practical and theoretical aspects of the practice, and guided meditation. Space is limited, so please register early.

Bidyut (BK) Bose learned Yoga from his father since he was a child, and later with monks in the Himalayas. A teacher’s teacher, Bidyut’s classes are an exercise in mindfulness, facilitating deep introspection while gently building flexibility, endurance, balance, and strength. A certified Yoga Therapist, he researches the scientific application of the principles of Yoga Therapeutics for many common chronic conditions, including back pain, asthma, arthritis, hypertension, chronic fatigue, Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), etc.
NirogaTM Institute is a non-profit center for integral health, and is dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality Yoga instruction and Yoga therapy to at-risk and underserved individuals and families who have been underserved. Niroga serves hundreds of youth in the Juvenile Justice system, adults in rehabilitation and recovery programs, cancer patients, seniors, and low-income teens in the San Francisco Bay area. All proceeds from this intensive will go to NirogaTM Institute.
