- Anatomy and Physiology
- Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Pathology
- Yoga History and Vedanta Philosophy
- The 4 Yogas - Jnana, Karma, Bhakti, and Raja Yoga
- Eight Steps of Raja Yoga - Patanjali's Yoga Sutras
- Bhagavad Gita and selected Upanishads
- The Sanskrit Language and Traditional Chanting
- Teaching Methodology and Best Practices
- Teaching Special Communities - e.g. prenatal/postpartum, seniors, delinquent youth, children and adults with special needs
Logistics
- When
- Module 1 - Sat Sept 23 - Sat Dec 16, 2006 (14 weeks)
- Module 2 - Sat Feb 3 - Sat May 19, 2007 (15 weeks)
- Attend class twice a week (view schedule) and alternate Saturdays (8/module) from 9am-1pm.
- Where

- Commitment
- Must complete both modules for certification
- Bi-weekly assigments (4 hours/assignment; 7 per module)
- Regular practice of Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation
- Fees
- Fees include all classes, instruction, books and materials.

$500.00 non refundable deposit due with acceptance
