Niroga Yoga for A Good Night's Sleep

* All Levels Welcome *

Approximately 60 million people suffer from insomnia each year. If you have difficulty getting a good night's sleep, this workshop is for you! Come find out how the practice of Healing Yoga can help you fall asleep more easily, remain asleep longer, and sleep more deeply. We will cover causes and interventions, as well as the effects of aging on insomnia. No prior Yoga experience necessary - all levels welcome!

Bidyut (BK) Bose learned yoga from his father when he was a child, and later with monks in the Himalayas. He is an advanced yoga teacher trainer and certified yoga therapist, researching the scientific application of the principles of Yoga Therapeutics for many common chronic conditions, including back pain, chronic fatigue, diabetes, depression, hypertension and insomnia. He is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and is executive director of Niroga TM Institute.

NirogaTM Institute is a nonprofit center for integral health dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality yoga instruction and yoga therapy to at-risk and underserved individuals, families, and communities by outreach, education, and research.
