Mindful Movie Night At the Niroga Center

What: Come together to watch a movie with a mindful and inspiring theme. We will begin the evening with a brief meditation, watch a movie together, and have the opportunity to have a discussion after the film.
Why: To come together, to build community, to learn and grow together, to eat free popcorn and be in a safe, warm place together on a Saturday night

Who: All are welcome. Kids welcome if movie is appropriate. Please check movies and decide whether it is kid-appropriate.
Suggested Donation $10. Proceeds go to support Niroga Institute’s community outreach programs.
