Niroga is a non-profit organization that brings Yoga and Transformative Life Skills to underserved communities. We help at risk youth change their lives through Yoga and the Mind-Body connection. Improving the lives of members of our community that need it the most improves our community overall. To allow us to continue to bring Yoga to underserved communities, we need your help.
