Description	The Youth Development Peer Network, Niroga Institute, Inner Heat Yoga Studio, and the San Francisco Buddhist Center Present - A Day of Rejuvenation & Self-Care For Youth Workers. Join us as we pause from our busy schedules to reflect on our work and practice new ways to bring awareness and intention to our lives and practice of youth development.

Kara Kid & Family Camp

Description	Kara's second annual grief support family camp this summer on July 23rd. This is a wonderful opportunity for family members to spend the day together participating in fun activities in a supportive and caring environment away from the hustle and bustle of their everyday lives. Niroga will be joining Kara again this year to provide Yoga, mindfulness and meditation. The camp is sponsored by Kara, Hospice of the Valley, and the Hospice Caring Project. The camp will be held in Gilroy at J & L Ranch.

Niroga Yoga - San Quentin State Prison Annual Health Fair
Date	Friday April 28, 2006
Description	Niroga has been requested to participate at the Annual Health Fair at San Quentin State Prison, on Friday, April 28. Niroga teachers will be leading a session of Yoga, breathwork, and meditation with inmates, demonstrating its possibilities for integral health and well being.

Kara Kid & Family Camp
Date	Sunday July 31, 2005
Description	A day camp for kids and families with Hospice of the Valley, Centre for Living with Dying, Hospice Caring Project, KARA, and Niroga. A day of remembering, learning, playfulness, and letting go for grieving children and their families. The enchanted green meadows and rolling hills of Camp Nestldown, tucked in the Santa Cruz mountain redwoods, provide an environment of healing through art, music, and play.
