Music for Mindfulness I Pandit Pran Nath, master vocalist of the ancient Kirana tradition of Indian Classical music, often used to say, "This music is in between the notes," - just as great painting lies between color and form, self-transforming Yoga resides in between the poses, and mindfulness is the eternity in between moments. Listen to this mindful music - solo viola and solo bamboo flute - to help you go deep withing yourself, to find out who you really are, to reconnect with the wellspring of all goodness and all auspiciousness that is in you, and that is you.
