If you want to deepen your personal practice and/or would like to serve vulnerable populations through yoga, come join this exceptional yoga teacher training program from Niroga Institute (a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School - RYS 200).

LEARN yoga

  • Comprehensive foundation in the authentic practice of yoga
  • Thorough understanding of applied anatomy and physiology

LIVE yoga

  • Solid grounding in yoga history and philosophy and its application to our lives
  • Learning community includes Integral Health Fellows and students dedicated to personal growth and service

GIVE yoga

  • Opportunity to practice Karma Yoga/Selfless Service by offering at least 20-hours of yoga-based community service after completion of the training modules, for yoga teacher certification.
  • This stand-alone certificated training is the first year of a 3-year certificated yoga therapy training program for those wishing to progress from yoga teacher to yoga therapist.

 

Faculty

The training is directed by Bidyut Bose, PhD, E-RYT 500, Master Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist in the Raja Yoga tradition and the Founder of Niroga Institute. Bidyut has been training yoga teachers and yoga therapists for many years, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Along with Bidyut, there will be several accomplished faculty members with expertise in a range of Hatha Yoga traditions.  Faculty includes: Antonia Fokken, Rosalind Lwin, Scotty McCaulley, and other guest instructors. Open House

You are invited to come meet the faculty and learn more about Niroga's Certified Yoga Teacher Training Program at one of the open houses below. We will begin faculty introductions at the start of the Open House, but interested students can drop-in anytime during the Open House to have their questions answered.

*If you do not yet have an established, personal home-practice, please come to the June 10 Open House to learn about the Deepening Personal Practice (DPP) Module beginning August 1, 2012.

Teacher Training Tuition (Including $500 Deposit)
If Enrolled and Paid by July 2: $300 If Enrolled and Paid by August 15: $3,000
If Enrolled and Paid by July 16: $325 If Enrolled and Paid by August 31: $3,150

 

Payments

Registration requires a $500.00 non-refundable deposit, due within 7 days of acceptance.

Payment plans, with a monthly automatic deduction from a credit/debit card, are available for the remaining tuition balance.  5% of the tuition will be added as an administrative fee.  To arrange a payment plan, please contact Angela at:.
