Recommendations for Getting the Most Out of This Program

  • Please try out classes taught by BK and Rosalind before applying to ensure that their approach and teaching styles are in line with your values and needs. Please check the studio class schedule.
  • A sincere desire to learn, grow, and integrate yoga into one’s life on and off the mat is essential.
  • It is important to have an openness to learn from one another, and temporarily suspend preconceived notions and expectations.
  • You get out of this program what you put into it. Please create sufficient time to fully participate in the teacher training program, so that the experience does not end up competing with other commitments.
  • It is helpful to create and maintain a support system (however small) that is respectful of your yoga practice, and your resulting transformation.
