Certified Yoga Therapy Specialist Training Program (Level 3)
2012 Program Curriculum
Bidyut Bose, Master Yoga Therapist in the Raja Yoga tradition, member of the Board of Directors of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists), and Executive Director of Niroga Institute, will be leading and directing the year-long training program, along with accomplished faculty who are subject matter experts in their respective areas.

Each weekend training includes lecture and practical instruction:
- Saturday courses will focus on the study of material, yoga
practice and protocols.
- Sunday courses will review and include a public workshop inviting
members of the community to come and participate in the protocols led
by faculty and students in the program.
- Attendance and participation in all 11 weekend modules is
required for certification as a Yoga Therapy Specialist (make-ups to
be discussed with program manager individually)
- Individual weekend sessions on specific topics are open and
available to yoga teachers as separate training modules for enhancing
knowledge and skills in yoga therapy for specific populations or
conditions (e.g.yoga for at risk youth, yoga therapy for chronic pain)
for $300 per weekend session.
