Use this app at your desk, standing in line, waiting for an appointment - anywhere anytime - to become more calm and relaxed in moments.
There is a practice mode which can turn your phone into a companion with gentle audio cues and pleasant voiceover. Anytime you are stressed simply launch the app and hit play. Customize the program to suit. You can set an interval between 0-2 minutes to stay in each step of the program. The app will step through the program. You do not need to memorize the steps or set a complicated sequence of timers.
