Dynamic Mindfulness Practices at Your Fingertips – Anytime, Anywhere Online

Along with our comprehensive curriculum being published by Norton this fall (you can pre-order now), schools throughout the US are using our video library with over 250 trauma-informed Dynamic Mindfulness practices. Each video is just three to five minutes - easy to build into a daily routine, just like brushing your teeth. A few minutes of Dynamic Mindfulness can build lifelong stress resilience.

Dynamic Mindfulness is validated by the latest research in neuroscience, trauma and somatic psychology. The practice integrates:

  1. mindful movement for dissolving stress and trauma
