Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST & TIME

Shipping costs are provided when an order is placed.  Please note that USPS and UPS are not guaranteeing delivery times. (Please refer to the carrier website for more information.)

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

An email notification with tracking information will be sent when the order has shipped.  

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@niroga.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

LOCAL PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2363 Mariner Square Drive, Suite 149 in Alameda, CA. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pick up. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you require shipping outside of the United States, please contact us directly at support@niroga.org to process your order.
