6-Hour Live Online Dynamic Mindfulness Training
Movement-Based Mindfulness Live-Online Training for School Communities in Two 3-Hour Sessions
Advance your professional capability.
Enhance your personal sustainability.
July 30th and 31st, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM PT | 12:30–3:30 PM ET
Why This Training Matters in Schools
Students and staff are facing increased stress in the classroom, making it hard to maintain focus, handle transitions, and enable learning readiness. Small disruptions can escalate into significant issues. Educators must find practical ways to support mental health and emotion regulation in the busy school day. This training helps school teams integrate movement-based mindfulness into everyday moments, such as before lessons, during transitions, after conflicts, before tests, and in staff meetings, allowing students and staff to reset and regain focus.
An Investment in Excellence: Stress Resilience and Sustainability
Zoom access will be shared after registration. We’ll also resend the link before the training. If you miss a live session, we’ll share the recording afterward so you can revisit the material as needed.
